Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day EHS support for warehouse operations; Conduct routine floor walks, inspections, and task-based hazard assessments; Support development and implementation of site EHS programs and operating procedures; Partner with operations leaders to identify risks, recommend controls, and track corrective actions; Deliver and coordinate EHS training for employees, temporary workers, contractors, and supervisors; Support incident reporting, near-miss review, root cause analysis follow-up, and lessons-learned communication; Coordinate with Facilities, Security, and site leadership on emergency response readiness; Monitor waste handling, storage conditions, aisle clearance, and general site housekeeping; Maintain required EHS records, inspection logs, training documentation, and risk assessment updates; Support management of change when layouts, staffing, shifts, equipment, or workflows change.
