Provide critical care transport paramedic level care until patient is relinquished to an accepting facility; maintain patient care documentation in electronic medical records; maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills through ongoing clinical experiences; maintain Pennsylvania Department of Health medical command status; acquire FP-C credential within one year if not previously certified; maintain equipment and supplies inventory; ensure cleanliness and organization of helicopter interiors and helipads; assist the pilot as needed; participate in preflight briefings and post-flight debriefings; act as preceptor for new employees and students; identify processes that could lead to errors or adverse events.
