Responsibilities
Provide engineering and sustainment support for EDR, DLP, data encryption, email security, CSPM, and SIEM platforms; Partner with IT and infrastructure teams to maintain security platform integrations; Monitor platform health metrics and contribute to business reviews; Manage security platform migrations, upgrades, and configuration changes; Design and maintain automation tooling and CI/CD pipelines; Develop in-house tooling to automate operational tasks; Apply infrastructure-as-code and containerization practices; Partner with SOC/CSIRT teams for incident response support; Collaborate with GRC teams to ensure compliance with NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and SOC frameworks; Mentor junior engineers in technical skills and best practices
