Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and service delivery for enterprise Citrix environments; Ensure Citrix platforms are highly available, secure, scalable, stable, and performing as expected; Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, Delivery Controllers, PVS/MCS, WEM, and FSLogix; Oversee Citrix ADC functions such as load balancing, SSL offloading, GSLB, content switching, authentication policies, and high availability; Support authentication and SSO integrations with AD CS, Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms, and PKI services; Lead incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, escalations, and service restoration efforts; Drive certificate lifecycle management, SSL/TLS configuration, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and platform maintenance; Partner with Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to maintain secure remote access and compliant operations; Support CyberArk integration, privileged access controls, audit requirements, disaster recovery planning, and DR testing; Develop automation using PowerShell and monitoring tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational consistency; Establish operational standards, documentation, service metrics, governance, and continuous improvement practices; Provide AVP-level technical leadership, mentor engineers, manage operational risk, and report platform health and risks to senior leadership
