Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions; Build and maintain reusable semantic data models; Develop complex PySpark transformation logic for data cleansing and enrichment; Design and implement dimensional data models (Fact & Dimension tables); Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources; Develop optimized SQL queries, views, and stored procedures; Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis; Optimize dashboard performance through DAX measures and query tuning; Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions; Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards; Promote BI best practices around governance and documentation; Support production issues and continuous improvements.
