Provide work direction and support for assigned maintenance technicians; Attend Tier meetings as single point of contact for assigned Value Stream; Manage shift-to-shift hand-over program; Troubleshoot, repair, or direct maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Electrical Engineering to implement reliability solutions; Utilize EAM for work orders, asset history, and downtime reporting; Complete preventative maintenance and PdM tasks; Coordinate project work between different trades; Coach and mentor maintenance technicians; Provide safety leadership and ensure code/license compliance
