Responsibilities
Provide work direction and support for assigned areas to maintenance technicians; Attend assigned Tier meetings as single point of contact for assigned Value Stream; Account for PMs, PdM, RCCAs, Autonomous Maintenance support, and maintenance work in assigned Value Stream; Deploy MEx and Autonomous Maintenance objectives including training; Manage shift hand-over program and communications; Operate, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for equipment reliability; Utilize EAM for work orders, asset history, and downtime reporting; Complete preventative maintenance and PdM tasks; Coordinate project work between different trades; Coach and mentor maintenance technicians; Provide safety leadership and maintain best safety practices
