Responsibilities
Lead daily support operations for Apigee and IBM DataPower platforms; Own and resolve P1/P2 high-severity incidents and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis; Manage core Apigee components and runtime infrastructure; Execute version upgrades, patching cycles, and infrastructure migrations; Implement reliability improvements through IaC and automation; Establish observability dashboards for SLIs/SLOs and latency metrics; Act as primary technical liaison between Support, Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, and Architecture teams; Participate in design discussions, architectural reviews, and API governance activities.
