Keep the production line running, Restart press as needed, Perform periodical part inspection, Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on molding machines, Verify mold parameters and part acceptance criteria, Set and pull molds, Assist with auxiliary equipment maintenance and minor repairs, Fill out documentation for traceability, Relieve other technicians and assist mold utilities, Work with QC for first piece approval, Address quality defects by troubleshooting the process, Maintain department cleanliness and compliance with GMP and safety regulations, Assist with projects, validations, and change controls.
