Responsibilities
Keep the production line running and restart presses as needed; Perform periodical part inspection and verify parts meet acceptance criteria; Troubleshoot molding processes and equipment defects; Assist with set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment including conveyors and mold controls; Fill out documentation to control traceability and ensure reproducibility; Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment each shift; Collaborate with QC reps for first piece approval and in-process inspections.
