Responsibilities
Execute inventory deployment and replenishment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets are achieved. Manage regional inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and replenishment strategies. Monitor and drive performance against OTIF, backorder, inventory, DIOH, and E&O targets. Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP data. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Sites, and Supply Chain teams to resolve supply and inventory challenges. Provide planning support across multiple regions as business needs require. Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and supply chain transformation projects.
