Responsibilities
Drafting and preparing finance documents, corporate authorisations, legal opinions, and ancillary financing documents; Registering and deregistering charges with relevant registries; Liaising with clients, foreign counsels, flag state registries, and other stakeholders; Proof-reading, formatting, and cross-checking documents for accuracy; Checking and preparing conditions precedent reports and closing checklists; Compiling and organising transaction bibles; Assisting with consolidation and updating of know-how materials, precedent databases, and legal research.
