Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 operational support for Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and associated Azure services; Maintain platform health, availability, resilience, and supportability; Perform routine platform administration, operational checks, and capacity monitoring; Monitor platform performance and identify optimization opportunities; Troubleshoot issues across platform, identity, networking, storage, security, and integration layers; Manage incidents, problems, and service requests; Investigate and resolve operational issues; Support major incident response activities; Contribute to root cause analysis; Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers; Support change, release, and environment management; Maintain release readiness checklists; Validate platform changes prior to production deployment; Support the management of Development, Test, and Production environments; Ensure configuration consistency across environments; Contribute to CI/CD and release automation practices; Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement and documentation; Define and execute operational QA checks for platform changes and integrations; Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability; Support governance, security, and compliance by assisting with access control, role management, and audit evidence.
