Manage design, development, and qualification processes through the Accolade project management system; Provide technical support to customer enquiries and contracts; Manage product design changes; Lead product cost reduction and approval of alternative materials; Prepare raw material specifications; Manage planning and execution of sample testing for R&D and product qualification; Evaluate and introduce sustainable materials and alternative suppliers; Liaise with external suppliers for new projects; Provide regular updates and presentations to the R&D UK director; Support the Quality function during external audits
