Develop and maintain control logic for machine control; analyze and interpret electrical schematics to component level; utilize programming devices to analyze PLC programs; provide direction to electricians in troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC drive systems; manage assigned projects including cost estimations, designs, specifications, procurement, and implementation; manage outside electrical engineering and construction firms; maintain equipment spares inventory and recommend adjustments; document all electrical work and maintain software backups; liaise with Engineering and Maintenance teams to solve manufacturing problems and initiate productivity improvements.
