Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyors, material handling equipment, lift trucks, dock equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems; Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic issues involving PLCs, motor drives, networks, and external I/O devices; Diagnose electrical problems using technical drawings such as blueprints and electronic/mechanical schematics; Utilize diagnostic tools including multi-meters, laptops, and other testing equipment; Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of all associates; Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment as required; Complete work orders, logs, records, and other written or computer-based documentation in accordance with established procedures; Initiate and implement new procedures or system improvements to maximize equipment efficiency and uptime
