Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE including conveyors, sortation, robotics, and ASRS; Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, PLC programs, sensors, motor starters, relays, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, and encoders; Troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods up to 480V; Conduct Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions; Configure and adjust PLC parameters and components; Perform physically demanding work including standing/walking 10–12 hours, navigating ladders, and lifting items up to 49 lbs
