Responsibilities
Support plant safety programs by ensuring HSE, Engineering, and Operations involvement in change implementation; Complete eLPA audits; Support new program management based on PLUS documentation; Facilitate and track material cost reduction activities; Manage changes within profit plan parameters; Follow BOS processes to achieve launch objectives; Attend weekly SDT meetings for JIT, foam, and trim; Approve deviations, change requests, and change notices; Create reports, presentations, and tracking files for management updates
