Responsibilities
Read and understand customer standardized test method documents; Perform physical property testing within corporate polyurethane quality lab; Maintain, control, and ensure accuracy of test data; Monitor and ensure testing is performed within Temperature and Humidity control; Update testing matrix daily to note completed testing; Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the lab area daily; Maintain sample and test fixture inventories; Follow all lab safety practices; Participate in ISO 16949 & A2LA (ISO 17025) system improvement activities, including audits and Proficiency Testing; Participate in Gage R & R studies on lab equipment; Participate in equipment verification; Participate in Quality Planning meetings when required
