Responsibilities
Establish and operate the Encryption Agility Team and Service charter; Lead, coach, and manage team members including FTEs and external workers; Translate PQC strategy into standards, specifications, and reference architectures; Own the cryptographic standards roadmap including algorithm approval and sunset planning; Lead delivery across the full PQC lifecycle including discovery, testing, and production rollout; Build and govern the Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM); Direct enterprise cryptographic discovery across code, binaries, and infrastructure; Apply risk-prioritization for remediation of business-critical applications and legacy platforms; Coordinate with DIAS, PKI, and cloud teams on certificate lifecycle and key management; Partner with AppSec and DevOps to publish secure libraries and CI/CD controls; Coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Procurement for vendor PQC readiness; Provide technical escalation for cryptographic exceptions and compliance issues.
