Responsibilities
Design, develop, validate, and maintain end-to-end bioinformatics analysis pipelines for genomics, transcriptomics, single-cell, spatial omics, proteomics, and epigenomics; Implement reproducible workflows using workflow engines and containerization ensuring provenance and CI/CD; Lead optimization of production-grade pipelines for runtime efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness; Design and implement scalable multi-omics integration frameworks combining genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical data; Develop state-of-the-art agentic workflows for QC, tool selection, execution optimization, and results interpretation; Define and execute QC, benchmarking, and validation strategies for pipelines and algorithms; Collaborate with internal labs and CROs to onboard new assays and maintain data transfer specifications; Produce technical documentation, statistical methods descriptions, and contribute to regulatory submissions and publications.
