Troubleshoot and replace failed hardware components on servers; Troubleshoot OS storage issues including file systems, disk management, and RAID; Configure and replace network device hardware including switches, firewalls, and load-balancers; Configure and replace storage devices including DAS and NAS arrays; Perform customer configuration maintenance including hardware modification, OS installation, and cabling; Troubleshoot LAN connectivity and re-establish remote access; Investigate customer incidents using root cause analysis; Maintain meticulous 5S and housekeeping practices
