Responsibilities
Review completeness and consistency of Security and H&S checklists for Retail, Distribution Centre, and Office Services units; Provide administrative support for audit planning activities including monitoring timelines and collecting documentation; Review audit checklists and assist with uploading and maintaining historical checklists; Support data analysis and data quality activities for incidents and projects; Support preparation and update of presentations, reports, and project documentation; Support assessment and preparation activities related to the TAPA certification process; Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects; Track actions and support project follow-up activities.
