Responsibilities
Provide support for Export Planners regarding transport from Asia to intra and inter-zone destinations; Deal with emergencies to find transport solutions to avoid supply chain rupture; Ensure performance of services under negotiated tender conditions; Negotiate punctual transport and services (Air, Maritime, Land, Terminal Handling); Validate or invalidate additional costs in collaboration with Export Planners; Treat billing disputes and establish corrective action plans; Handle transport disputes and monitor corrective action plans; Participate in creating/updating information system specifications; Animate operational meetings with shipping companies; Test and validate functionalities of tools/systems/processes for transportation operations
