Responsibilities
Ensure contact lenses are manufactured to the highest quality standards in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements, Perform all production activities within a controlled cleanroom environment adhering to GMP, Data Integrity, and HSE standards, Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet daily production targets, yield, and equipment uptime goals, Conduct In-Process Checks (IPC) such as Visual Lens Inspection and Operator Packaging Checks, Schedule and coordinate the sterilization of contact lenses within a 12-hour window, Perform simple machine setups including ink changes and support equipment maintenance activities, Uphold 5S housekeeping standards on the production floor, Perform GxP cleaning activities and handle production waste disposal in compliance with regulatory guidelines
