Assigns and monitors distribution including staging, wave times and pick assignments; Balances drop dead times versus product availability; Prepares trailer loading reports and organizes paperwork; Prioritizes inbound loads and notifies receivers; Checks for shorts and special requests before closing trucks; Determines trailer positioning in doors or yard locations; Escalates system problems; Assists co-workers with picking issues.
