Responsibilities
Supervise manufacturing employees and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders and meet inventory requirements. Train, coach, and motivate employees while monitoring performance and fostering skill development. Ensure proper manufacturing processes are followed and maintain necessary documentation. Monitor and improve process efficiency, output, and safety through data collection and analysis. Investigate and eliminate non-conformities using root cause analysis. Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells to optimize space, equipment, and personnel usage. Support process validations by defining processes to quality parameters and executing protocols. Participate in internal and customer audits and activities related to ISO certification.
