Responsibilities
Manage open- and/or closed-ended real estate funds in coordination with portfolio management, accounting, legal, capital markets and investor relations; Prepare quarterly fund reports, investor presentations, and strategic communications; Assist with fund balance sheet management including liquidity management, investor flows, financing activities, and cash flow forecasting; Refine and maintain fund models with underlying investment cash flows, fund dashboards, liquidity forecasts, debt databases, and analytical tools; Oversee day-to-day workflow and activities performed by Hyderabad team counterparts including training and quality control; Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to leverage AI tools and process automation.
