Develop OU demand plans and present them for review with partners, SC, and plants; Define segmented planning tactics in conjunction with partners and CRM; Ensure system data consistency and accuracy through validation of weekly/monthly demand plans and master data maintenance; Provide detailed forecast views to assist CS teams in analyzing demand; Facilitate consensus handshake on demand plans over short, medium, and long terms; Continuously reassess process improvement and automation opportunities; Report demand KPIs highlights and establish root cause analysis and improvement actions.
