Design/manage WAN/LAN/WLAN/VPN and Network Infrastructure; Troubleshoot network infrastructure; Research and recommend new technologies; Improve infrastructure uptime, performance, and reliability; Establish standards and policies for network infrastructure; Optimize network performance for scalability, reliability, and usability; Configure and troubleshoot load balancing platforms; Modify core and edge router and switch configurations; Support escalated major incidents; Coordinate installation, repair, or maintenance of network hardware; Maintain hardware and software inventory; Document system implementations and modifications; Own Disaster Recovery planning; Ensure compliance with IT Security and Governance processes; Ensure networks and applications are operational and patched; Evaluate and update technology documents and certificates.
