Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and business-oriented Finance professional ready to make a visible impact. As Factory Controller, you will lead the Finance agenda for the Lerma and Condiments Tultitlán factories, safeguarding financial performance, governance and SOX compliance while acting as a strategic partner to Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Partnering
• Act as the Finance business partner for the factories, shaping the operational and financial strategy together with Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
• Serve as the strategic co-pilot to the Finance Director, translating factory performance into clear insights, risks, opportunities and decisions.
• Influence cross-functional priorities by connecting financial discipline with operational execution and long-term value creation.
2. Factory Financial Performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close and performance routines, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Provide visibility on cost, efficiencies, waste and key operational KPIs, turning variances into clear actions.
• Drive savings, productivity and value creation initiatives, validating results and ensuring sustainability.
3. Governance, SOX & Asset Control
• Safeguard SOX compliance, financial governance and control standards across both factories.
• Ensure strong control over inventory, fixed assets, reconciliations and waste, protecting accuracy and business integrity.
• Identify financial risks early and lead corrective actions with transparency and ownership.
4. CAPEX & Investment Decisions
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineer or Mecatronic.
• More than 5 years of experience in finance preferably in a manufacturing or Supply Chain Finance environment.
• SOX controls knowledge, inventory, fixed assets and cost management. Ideally
• SAP/ERP experience required; advanced Excel and data tools preferred.
• Spoken and written English (advanced).
