Responsibilities
Own safe operation of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, fire safety, compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, plumbing, and wastewater systems; Lead PSM elements for ammonia systems including PHA, MOC, and mechanical integrity; Build and run an energy management system to reduce energy use and CO₂e; Advance reliability and predictive maintenance to improve MTBF/MTTR; Own the CMMS for PM programs and spares strategy; Ensure maintenance supports GFSI expectations; Enforce LOTO and electrical safety standards; Lead and develop a multi-discipline utilities team; Manage contracts for industrial vehicle fleet and facility grounds maintenance.
