Lead service delivery cabling engineers to ensure service levels and project objectives are met; Develop and instruct personnel on structured cabling installation, inspection, testing, termination, and documentation; Provide guidance for cable tray, horizontal fiber, copper, backbone multi-pair copper, and multi-strand fiber optic cabling; Develop and maintain quality assurance inspection criteria; Evaluate field inspection reports and identify corrective actions; Initiate, monitor, and reinforce installation standards through training and coaching; Schedule and conduct BICSI training; Interface with customers during project quality inspections and service delivery discussions; Support workforce planning and human resource needs for the cabling team; Implement business processes to enhance operational efficiency; Complete monthly Safety Coaching Observations; Support and enforce a comprehensive safety program.
