Supervise network support and client server specialists in planning, coordination, and implementation of network operations, maintenance, repair, or upgrades; Train and manage a team of network support specialists to provide incident response support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 network engineers; Support operations team with administering networks to include hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations; Develops and implements methodologies for analysis, testing, monitoring, and support of LAN and WAN networks; Support the evaluation and implementation of new network technologies into the network to ensure the NOC can provide the client with robust and proactive monitoring of network health; Support the analysis of incident trends, escalation of incidents to problems, and development of solutions to resolve network issues
