Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide guidance on products/services, lead end-to-end implementation projects, create and manage multi-workstream project plans, coordinate across internal teams and partners, oversee client setup and platform training, identify and mitigate risks, ensure go-live forecasting and delivery targets, partner with Sales and Client Success for handoff, champion client experience and drive CSAT/WSAT outcomes.
