Consolidate and structure project information across value creation initiatives, monitor projects for data consistency and adherence to routines, develop and update performance dashboards and KPIs, analyze project pipelines and cost savings opportunities, identify and prioritize value creation opportunities, partner with Procurement/Engineering/Finance/Operations to align assumptions, structure reporting routines for leadership reviews, contribute to standardizing monitoring models and tools, analyze project complexity and cost evolution, monitor milestones and escalate risks, ensure adherence to procurement governance and reporting standards, challenge manual routines to improve process quality
