Provide advanced operational support for cybersecurity platforms including production support, service health, incident triage, and patching; Investigate and resolve escalated platform and service issues across cybersecurity tools and infrastructure dependencies; Act as an Incident Manager during major incidents by coordinating response activities and ensuring follow-through; Develop and improve operational runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for Level 1 and 1.5 teams; Partner with platform and engineering teams to identify operational gaps and improve service readiness; Validate monitoring, alerting, and operational acceptance criteria for newly onboarded cybersecurity platforms.
