Execute end-to-end technical delivery including technical briefing, concept development, design, pilot runs, and commercialization handover; Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation (Manufacturing Procedure Specifications, Transformation Flowsheets, Process Design Scopes); Apply processing commercialization tools (CQV, FMEA, CPRA) to identify risks and drive design decisions; Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and resolve trade-offs; Lead and support pilot line trials and scale-up activities; Contribute to STAR and Tech Review Board processes; Support cost optimization and value engineering efforts; Serve as an informal technical mentor to junior engineers
