Provide technical leadership to sales teams and customers on motor-control architecture and MCU selection; Act as system-level expert for robotic actuation subsystems coordinating distributed motor-control nodes; Drive architectures scaling from single-axis to multi-degree-of-freedom systems; Partner with customers on design of joint modules, servo drives, and encoder subsystems from selection through tuning; Perform design support via schematic/PCB reviews, bench bring-up, and debugging; Troubleshoot complex issues in lab using oscilloscopes and debug tools; Perform validation and tuning for control loops and communication links; Deliver on-site and remote proof-of-concept builds; Lead technical training on NXP robotics portfolio.
