Responsibilities
Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on general biomedical equipment; Repair, install, and calibrate general biomedical equipment; Maintain accuracy and integrity of the equipment database including inventory and service history; Inform supervisors of repair status and unusual equipment situations; Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper service delivery; Participate in data submission to ACC and STS; Perform Incoming Inspections (II) for trial, rental, and loaner equipment.
