Develop and execute PCS supplier strategy aligned to growth and profitability; Establish supplier segmentation and differentiated engagement models; Develop multi-year strategies for priority suppliers; Lead a team of Supplier Strategy Specialists; Partner with Commercial and Finance leadership to establish growth objectives; Serve as strategic advisor to the PCS General Manager on supplier ecosystem decisions.
