Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for operational readiness of R&D laboratories and storage areas; Drive harmonization and standardization of laboratory processes and SOPs; Maintain oversight of laboratory equipment, instruments, and documentation; Manage laboratory infrastructure, supplies, chemicals, and procurement; Support laboratory EHS activities including chemical management and waste handling; Work closely with scientists to anticipate needs and ensure resource availability; Coordinate laboratory activities and provide hands-on support when needed
