Responsibilities
Own China IT portfolio governance including project intake, prioritization, status tracking, risk management, and executive reporting; Implement Global IT PMO standards locally and provide ongoing visibility of China project progress, risks, and escalations; Govern the Digital Transformation portfolio, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and facilitate steering committee reviews; Act as end-to-end project manager for complex cross-functional initiatives; Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor deliverables, and resource requirements; Provide clear project status, decisions, risks, issues, and accomplishments to senior stakeholders; Maintain accurate project and portfolio information in Planview, Power BI, and other approved tools; Provide project management training and coaching to China IT project leads
