Location/Division Specific Information:

This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Lebanon, TN location.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for supporting the production of high-quality products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position performs manufacturing operations according to established procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The technician ensures product quality, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

A Day in the Life:

• Perform manufacturing operations following SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare materials, reagents, and components required for production.
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records in compliance with GMP and company requirements.
• Perform equipment setup, line clearance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify product quality throughout manufacturing.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Report equipment issues, process deviations, and quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanroom standards where applicable, including gowning procedures and contamination control.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including material handling and replenishment.
• Assist with process improvements, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and 5S activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: (NA or APAC)
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
No previous work experience required
Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to accurately document production activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.
• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, gowns, and respirators where required.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, bending, reaching, and climbing as necessary.
• Ability to work in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments.
