Manage delivery of technical and service aspects for client projects, determine and assess study requirements, maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external customers, initiate involvement of relevant departments to ensure high-quality work, attend and represent the business at Project Meetings and kick-off meetings, facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, drive Problem Reports to closure with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel, translate customer needs into quotations and monitor budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting, verify final production information for Accounting before invoice release, participate in business process improvement activities, collaborate with the account manager to guarantee customer happiness, apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility
