Coach, develop, and manage team performance; Lead daily huddles, assign priorities, and ensure calibration deadlines are met; Support staffing, overtime control, and continuous improvement; Maintain Regulatory Compliance (GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOP, validation, data integrity); Support audits and inspections, and manage deviations, CAPAs, and investigations; Ensure staff are trained, qualified, and working safely; Maintain calibration, preventive maintenance, and process equipment control programs; Track key metrics and implement improvements to availability and reliability; Maintain Documentation (Plant, Property and Equipment Asset); Manage change control and coordinate project work and contractors; Provide technical leadership and support training and troubleshooting
