Build and lead the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub operating model; Own the strategic roadmap for CM Portal and Idea Portal; Develop scalable engineering documentation standards and lifecycle processes; Lead standardization of technology transfer and supplier industrialization; Partner with cross-functional leaders on Contract Manufacturing excellence; Support Make/Buy and Core/Non-Core strategy initiatives; Support co-manufacturing site operations and supply intervention; Develop global best-practice libraries and reusable templates; Execute roadmap for BOP, BOE, and BOQ deployment; Establish operational metrics for documentation maturity and supplier execution; Drive value engineering and cost transparency; Build and coach a high-performing team.
