Responsibilities

Act as the Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for the Singapore site; Lead and manage site EHS programs, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities; Support APAC EHS initiatives, compliance activities, risk assessments, and regional programs; Serve as the EHS representative for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, near-miss reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions; Manage contractor safety programs, including Permit-to-Work systems; Conduct Safety GEMBA walks, workplace inspections, safety audits, and follow-up actions; Chair or support the Site EHS Committee and lead EHS meetings, safety campaigns, and employee engagement activities; Monitor and report EHS performance through proactive and reactive programs; Maintain EHS documentation required under the EHS management system; Develop and deliver EHS training programs; Support Business Continuity Planning, emergency preparedness, first aid, fire safety, and security-related activities; Liaise with regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders, customers, and auditors on EHS-related matters.
