Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end order fulfillment and translate forecasts into executable supply plans; Develop and execute demand, supply, inventory, and capacity strategies; Drive the S&OP process by facilitating executive planning meetings; Monitor and optimize manufacturing and packaging schedules to maximize capacity utilization; Identify capacity constraints and supply risks to develop mitigation strategies; Partner with customers and stakeholders to resolve supply challenges and support new product introductions; Establish and drive key supply chain performance metrics (OTIF, inventory, schedule adherence); Ensure planning master data and MRP parameters are accurate and optimized; Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma; Build organizational capability through team development and training programs; Conduct supply chain risk assessments and ensure business continuity
