Responsibilities
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on building support systems and Purified Water System; Maintain operation of Metasys building automation system including sensor calibration; Operate low pressure boilers, condensate systems, and softener systems; Conduct daily RO rounds and chemical cleaning of RO membranes; Operate main plant chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors; Perform fire alarm bypass, fire sprinkler inspection, and fire pump inspection; Liaise with external contractors to ensure GMP and Safety Regulations compliance; Conduct building rounds and replace HVAC filters; Report potential hazards and maintain safe working environment.
